Description: This easy pencil case or rotary cutter case are so simple to make. To open the bag you pull on the ribbon loops and watch the case pop open! These bags are fun to make, and even more fun to use.
Fabric/Supples:
1 main print cut at 8″ x 9″
1 lining piece cut at 9″ x 12 1/2″
For the $5.00 you will get the directions, interfacings, ribbon and tape measure cut and ready to go. I will bring a variety of ribbons or you can bring your own.
For $10.00, there will be a full kit available. A variety of kits to choose from.
