Registration will open on June 20th at 8:00 AM (Utah). The spaces are filled on a first received-first registered basis.
The registration fee is $225. Registration Fee includes all retreat fees, goodie bag, evening trunk shows, 3 dinners & 2 lunches. There is an Al-a-Carte option ($65) that doesn’t include meals.
Hotel Information
We will be staying at the Courtyard Marriott. They are offering a discounted rate of $94 (plus taxes). You can reserve your room online by clicking HERE or you can call (877) 688-1567 and tell them you are with the Lake Powell Quilt Retreat 2025. All rooms need to be booked by October 1, 2025 to receive the discounted rate.
Class Minimums: Classes need to have at least 6 students to be taught. Any class that doesn’t have the minimum will be cancelled on September 1st. If you are in a cancelled class, you will be contacted and you can either choose a different class or receive a refund.
CANCELATION POLICY: $50 is nonrefundable for all events. We will accept cancellations until 2 weeks prior to the retreat and will refund everything except for the $50 nonrefundable. No refunds will be given within 2 weeks of the retreat.
