Description: This class is so much fun! We will explore quilting on our regular sewing machine with a walking foot and a free motion foot. I have loved sharing this class with others and can’t wait to share it with you. I love machine quilting and am very passionate about it. i will teach you how to sandwich your quilts as well.

Fabric Requirements:

  • Sewing Machine
  • Basic Sewing Kit
  • Walking foot – If you have a Bernina with a dual feed, you can use the 20d foot
  • Free motion foot
  • Machine quilting thread (I recommend a contrasting color, especially if using a print. It helps you check your tension. You can do testing on scraps.) I like Glide, Floriani or Isacord threads
  • Quilt top with batting and backing – You can make an easy one with squares. I recommend the squares be at least 6″.
  • Quilters safety pins
  • Sketchbook
  • Pencil
  • Fabric Marking Pen
