Description: These festive witch hats can be personalized with the colors of your choice to create a fun Halloween quilt. The bubbles can be appliqued or you can use large buttons. You can embellish the hats with either large buttons, felt flowers, or other ideas you might have.
Fabric Requirements:
- Hats – 1/4 yard EACH of 12 different hat fabrics
- Hat Bands – 1/8 yard EACH of 12 different colors for hat bands
- Couldran – 1/2 yard total of assorted blacks
- Broom Handle – 3/8 yard Brown
- Broom Bristles – 3/8 yard
- Green Bubbles – 1/8 yard or scraps or large butons
- Background – 1 yard
- Background for Broom Handle – 24″
- Four Patch Corners – 1/8 ard of two different colors
- Bubble Space Above the Cauldron – 1 yard
- Various large buttons, felt flowers and other embellishments for hat bands
